Early check in and check out may be requested (limited availability).

Reservations:
Make reservations by calling our reservation office at 306-242-1440 or toll-free at 1-800-667-8789. Reservations can also be made online.

Business Centre:
Business travelers need to be relaxed, informed and productive for a successful trip. Our Business Centre has 24 hour complimentary access to all guests and free high speed internet access. Please contact the front desk for more information.

Business Services:
Traveller's Rewards Members, preferred guests or those staying in our Business Class Rooms, are entitled to complimentary business service privileges such as printing, photocopying and faxing.

Parking:
We have the largest complimentary parking in Saskatoon. Our lots are spacious, convenient and easily accessible to over-sized vehicles and sports or tour buses. Free automotive plug in parking (limited availability).

Security:
Evening security hours are 11:00pm-6:00am, 7 days a week.

Wake-Up Services:
No more impersonal drone of the automated wake up call. It will be our pleasure to personally wake you up. Call the front desk for friendly wake-up service.

Housekeeping:
Housekeeping hours are as follows:

• Monday to Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Saturday from 9:00am to 5:30pm
• Sunday from 10:00am to 6:30pm

If you require housekeeping services outside these hours, please contact the front desk.

Exercise Room:
Don’t break up your exercise routine! Located near the swimming pool area, our Exercise Room will tone your body and harden your muscles. Keep in shape and get a great cardio workout with our stationary bicycle, treadmill and elliptical trainer. You will also find a selection of free weights and a sit-up board. Equipped with a supply of towels, a water cooler and a television, we have everything your body needs.

Room Service:
Our extensive room service menu is available to guests who prefer dining in the privacy of their own rooms.
Monday - Sunday:

• 6:30am - 10:00pm (full service)
• 10:00pm – 11:30pm (snack menu)

Airport Shuttle:
Need a ride? Our complimentary Airport Shuttle is available for all hotel guests. 

Please inquire at the front desk about booking the Airport Shuttle for your desired time.

Luggage Service:
Group luggage services are available at $1.50 in and $1.50 out per bag. Arrangements can be made through the sales office.

Luggage storage in our guest service quarters is available, should you require a safe place for your bags upon check-out.

Laundry Service:
Laundry service is available Monday to Saturday. Pick-up time is at 9:00am and delivery is at 5:00pm.

Gift Shop:
Located near the botaniCa restaurant entrance, our gift shop offers a wide assortment of essentials, souvenirs, newspapers and snack foods for the needy traveler.

ATM:
Located in the front lobby.

Ice Machine:
Ice and soft drink machines are conveniently located on each floor (off the elevator).

Comforting Home Amenities:
Forget something? Call our front desk and we may just have it. Or we’ll find it for you. Ask about our selection of extra pillows, fridges, microwaves, cribs, CD’s, board games, cold weather car starts and much more. (Limited availability on selected items).
