Sunday Brunch

The Sunday Brunch at Garden Café has been a Saskatoon favorite for the past thirty years. We have all your breakfast favorites, carved prime rib, a wide selection of deli platters and salads, luncheon entrees and an awesome desert display. Friday Chocolate Buffet

Join us at the Garden Café for Saskatchewan's only Chocolate Buffet. Indulge yourself with two chocolate fountains and delicious dippables, artisan chocolate cakes and confections. Enjoy the atmosphere of our tropical courtyard set to live jazz. Chef Hyndford presents a different chalkboard menu of fine dining entrees and appetizers each Friday, complimented with our chocolate friendly wine selections. Our chocolate buffet is a unique experience for date night, girls' night out, special occasions or just treating yourself at the end of a long work week.

Executive Chef Doug Hyndford, C.C.C.

Born and Raised in Ottawa Ontario, Executive Chef Doug Hyndford worked around Canada working as a line cook in Toronto, Montreal, Kingston, Vancouver, Victoria, and the Sunshine Coast in British Columbia. He now is the Executive Chef of the Saskatoon Inn & Conference Centre.

Doug trained in classical French Haute Cuisine at the Pacific Institute of the Culinary Arts on Granville Island in Vancouver B.C. After his graduation of the Pacific Institute of the Culinary Arts, Doug was successful in obtaining his Red Seal Certification, and then went on to complete the prestigious designation of Certified Chef de Cuisine. Chef Doug Hyndford is an active member of the Canadian Culinary Federation (CCFCC) and works tirelessly in the community promoting the Culinary Arts, and mentoring up and coming chefs in Saskatoon.

Doug's culinary philosophy reflects the growing trend of locally sourced food items, working with local producers to get the food from “the gate to the plate”.
